The service
The Dino Media provides market presence measurement, reports, consultation and the build of marketing and automation systems. Free scans and reports are provided for information only and do not constitute a guarantee of business outcomes.
Accuracy of measurement
Our presence index is calculated from publicly available signals at the time of the scan. Public data changes, and third-party platforms may restrict or alter what is available. We aim for accuracy and will correct any error you report, but we do not warrant that every measurement is complete.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorised to request a scan or report for the business you submit, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Payments
Paid reports and engagements are billed as described at the point of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
