Presence reports
If your paid presence report contains nothing you can act on, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund it in full. We ask only that you tell us what was missing, so the next report is better.
Subscriptions
Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate part months.
Build engagements
Project and retainer engagements are governed by the agreement signed for that work. Work already delivered is not refundable, and any unused advance is returned.
How to request
Write to admin@devralabsai.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
