Nothing is shipped

The Dino Media sells digital services only. There are no physical goods, no couriers and no shipping charges.

How your report is delivered

Your Presence Report opens on screen immediately after payment, on this website. You can read it there, save it as a PDF, or share it.

We also record the phone number you verified at checkout, so we can re-open the report for you if you lose the link.

If it doesn't arrive

If the report does not open after payment, email admin@devralabsai.com with the phone number you paid with, or your Razorpay payment reference. We will open it for you, and refund you in full if we cannot.

Engagements

Systems, builds and retainers are delivered to the schedule agreed in writing for that engagement.
